Hallo Ihr Lieben, in meinem Blogbeitrag berichte ich Euch über mein sechsmonatiges Praktikum bei BTC-Photography. Über mich
Ich habe mich schon von klein auf für Fotografie interessiert. Die Leidenschaft zur Fotografie habe ich von meiner Oma. Sie hat mir gezeigt, wie besonders Fotografie ist. Nach dem sie gestorben war, war mir klar, dass ich meine Faszination zur Fotografie nicht aufgeben darf und etwas Großes daraus machen muss. Zu dem Zeitpunkt wusste ich, wenn ich groß bin werde ich etwas in Richtung Fotografie machen.
Nachdem ich mein Abitur 2022 mit Erfolg absolviert hatte, habe ich mich damit beschäftigt, was ich in Zukunft machen möchte. Mein Plan war es im Bereich Integrated Design zu studieren. Für dieses Studium braucht man ein sechsmonatiges Praktikum. Ich habe mich sofort auf die Suche nach einem guten Praktikumsplatz gemacht und bin dabei auf BTC-Photography gestoßen. Ich habe direkt eine Bewerbung geschrieben und bekam nichtmal 20 Minuten danach eine Rückmeldung für ein Vorstellungsgespräch.
Beim Vorstellungsgespräch war mir schon klar, dass ich hier mein Praktikum machen möchte.
Und hier bin ich jetzt und habe ein wundervolles Praktikum bei BTC-Photography absolviert.
Die Atmosphäre im Büro
Es gab in den ganzen sechs Monaten nicht einen Tag, an dem ich keine Lust hatte ins Büro zu kommen.
Schon an meinem ersten Tag wurde ich freundlich empfangen. Das Team von BTC-Photography ist das beste Arbeitsteam, welches ich bis jetzt kennenlernen durfte.
Man kann Tanja immer alles Fragen und sie hat mir immer lieb geantwortet, auch wenn ich fünfmal die selbe Frage gestellt habe. Tanja ist sehr verständnisvoll und immer für einen da, falls etwas ist.
Die Atmosphäre im Büro ist wirklich super. Alle verstehen sich untereinander und man hilft sich auch gegenseitig.
Heather ist hier der Büro-Hund. Zur Begrüßung bellt sie manchmal aber sie merkt schnell, das es keinen Grund dafür gibt. Sie ist eine kleine Knutschkugel und ist zuckersüß. Wenn sie Aufmerksamkeit braucht springt sie immer bei einem auf den Schoß und möchte kuscheln. Meistens schläft sie auch dabei ein.
Meine Aufgaben bei BTC-Photography
In den vergangenen sechs Monaten habe ich sehr viel gelernt. IIch habe sehr viele Shootings in Licht und Farbe bearbeitet. Für diese Bearbeitungen nutzen wir immer Lightroom.
Ich kann garnicht aufzählen, wie viele Menschen ich aus dem Hintergrund mit Photoshop retuschiert habe.
Mit Indesign und Illustrator habe ich neue Verträge und Preislisten für BTC-Photography designt.
In diesem Praktikum habe ich auch gelernt eine neue Webseite von null aufzubauen und diese auch richtig auf SEO zu optimieren. Ich habe also selbständig eine eigene Webseite designt.
Kundenkommunikation wird hier im Praktikum groß geschrieben.
Ich habe gelernt Rechnungen mit sevDesk zu erstellen und an die Kunden zu schicken.
Zum Beispiel habe ich das Design für die Fotobox von BTC-Photography gestaltet.
Was ich bei BTC-Photography sehr schön finde, ist das man nicht wie eine Praktikantin behandelt wir, die für den Kaffee zuständig ist sondern man seine eigenen Ideen und Künste unter Beweis stellen kann.
In den ganzen Monaten habe ich wie oben schon genannt viele verschiedene Programme kennengelernt. Tanja bringt einem die Programme immer super bei, damit man schnell den Dreh raus hat. Zudem gibt es immer verständliche Youtube Videos, die erklären, wie man Probleme selber lösen kann.
Durch dieses Praktikum hier habe ich gelernt selbständig zu sein und das man alles mit Geduld hinbekommt.
Mein absolutes Highlight vom Praktikum ist es das man bei Hochzeiten als Zweitfotografin mit gehen kann und im Nachhinein seine Bilder bearbeiten kann.
